Kenosis is underground rap in the name of Christ. Every song is prayerfully driven to meet a theological standard in order to appeal to intellects of all types. Now, a secular world of hip-hop enthusiasts can hear Christ preached profoundly and in confidence. It might seem black and white, because it is.
Greek for ‘emptying,’ Kenosis has set it’s lyrical agenda toward the edification and encouragement of the church in order to ‘empty’ and ‘fill’ up with the love of Christ. The new album, “transidentity” will be released in December 2010. Transidentity can only be described as raw faith and dope lyrics. It has been the work in progress since May of 2009, and will be an album worth your rewind button.
